The Football Gods have shined their light

Upon the New England Patriots team,

The Raiders in town lost a good fight

In snow blowing wild - the best I have seen!

The Football Gods saw a Brady win -

He plays with a number twelve on his chest,

His handsome face and his dimpled chin -

With "on target" passes - the screen is his best.

The Football Gods saw another young man -

His name is Adam - He wears number four,

He kicks with precision the best that he can

In overtime he changed the final score!

The Football Gods have shined their light

Upon an old stadium soon to come down,

With Super Bowl hopes as its final sight

In "Patriot Spirit" - we all hold the crown.
